When you place an order, we collect: (a) your email address, (b) the photo you upload, and (c) PayPal transaction metadata (transaction ID, amount, timestamp). We do not collect your name, address, or phone number.
2. How we use your data
We use your data solely to: deliver the photo restoration service, contact you about your order, and process refunds. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
3. Where data is stored
Your email and photo are sent via Formspree to our Gmail inbox. PayPal transaction data is stored on PayPal's servers (PCI-DSS compliant). We retain order data for 30 days after delivery, then permanently delete it unless you request otherwise.
4. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to: (a) access the data we hold about you, (b) request deletion of your data, (c) export your data, (d) lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email us at the address below.
